What to write to us about

1. A figure looks wrong. This is the most valuable email you can send. Include the inputs you used (or just copy the calculator page's URL — it encodes your scenario) and the source you're comparing against, and we'll re-check the rule against the ATO or Fair Work publication and fix anything that's out.
2. Questions about how a rule works. We can explain what the calculator is doing and point you to the primary source, but we can't tell you what you should do — we don't give personal tax, legal or financial advice, and won't respond with any.
3. Privacy requests. Anything under our privacy policy or the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Note the calculator never sends your inputs to us, so in most cases there is nothing held to access or delete.
4. Advertising and partnerships. Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense. We don't publish sponsored content or paid links, and editorial content is not for sale.

If you need actual advice

For advice you can rely on about your own redundancy: a registered tax agent (search the TPB register), the Fair Work Ombudsman (13 13 94) for entitlement disputes, or free financial guidance via Moneysmart. If you may have been unfairly dismissed, the Fair Work Commission's 21-day application deadline is strict — don't wait for an email reply from us.
